Photo is courtesy of the artist, Nechama Golan, who took a photograph of her own hand, and processed it in a computer in 2007. The work took part in an exhibition titled: Layers of Memory. When I look at it, I reflect about the Nazi salute, but during the Holocaust the Star of David was a symbol of weakness, and look how proud it is now, towards our 60th Independence Day.
